Cody provides financial statement audits for multiple industries and is heavily involved with Warren Averett’s employee benefit plan practice. Cody believes setting goals is the key to his success and credits his wife and daughter with motivating him to achieve multiple career goals.

What is your main role at your company?

My main role within Warren Averett consists of providing financial statement audits for multiple industries. Additionally, I am heavily involved in our employee benefit plan practice.

What is your number one career accomplishment or highlight?

My number one career accomplishment would be passing all parts of the CPA exam. That credential has allowed me to grow professionally in my career.

How are you involved in your community?

I strongly believe in giving back to the community. My involvement in the community consists of being an active Board member for different organizations, donating to local charities, and volunteering my time for local events.

What is your key to success?

My key to success is goal setting. Effective goal setting is the key to progress and making the most of your life. Additionally, my wife and three-year-old daughter have influenced me to achieve multiple goals throughout my career.
